Home from School

I love getting my big boy off the bus everyday!  It is so much fun to see him happy to see me after a long day at school.  I am so proud of him for going to school all day and learning and loving it!  Kindergarten is going to be an easy transition for us.  Actually they are prepping him for Kindergarten and he is so excited about it!  I love my big boy and his school, his teachers, his bus driver, our bus stop buddies and everything about what the story behind this picture tells us!

I love him.  I love every single thing about him.  But especially I love his eyes, his smile, the way he talks, his little tush, his feet, his hands, I love his heart, the way he is sensitive, the way he loves and every thing else there is to love about him.  I could go on and on and on...

I LOVE love notes.  I do and lucky me, I get them often.  This is one Mike left me last week and on this particular day he left 3.  ;)  Oh no, it was not a special occasion.  One on my mirror, one on the fridge and one at my PC.  I know, I know... He doesn't do it ALL the time though.  Just enough!  It is also one of my best memories of dating him.  He used to sneak my car keys, sneak in my car and leave notes in my car....all while I was inside asleep.  I love my hubby and well, sticky notes are kind of a staple in office supplied and I love office supplies!  I feel like a kid in a candy shop when all the back to school stuff is out.  But mostly I love my husband and his love notes!  They are a wonderful way to start my day...knowing while I was sleeping he was thinking about me.

I LOVE my le cruset pots!  Yup I said pots!  I have 2 and yes they are heavy but they are awesome!!!  They are cute!  They are so useful and they clean up very well!  They are well worth the money!  I actually did not buy these.  Lucky me!  They were my grandmothers and since one of my fondest memories as a child was eating dinner at their house, that makes me love them even more!
I decided since this was a challenge that I would try to use textures for the very first time!  So, this picture is FUN!  It has some fun vintage actions run on it and I added a cement sidewalk texture!  Cool huh???

So, my very first picture screams love to me in so many ways.  I love my little guys eyes.  His brows and his lashes.  Sometimes when I look in his eyes,  I feel like I can see all the way to eternity.  He has his daddy's eye's which I also love.  So, today this is LOVE.
